VFW Post 399 proudly congratulates our Auxiliary Poppy Chairperson, Nancy Kondub-Harris, for being awarded First Place in the Memorial Category at the recent Veterans of Foreign Wars Department of Connecticut Convention in Rocky Hill on June 14th.

This well-deserved recognition honors Nancy’s heartfelt dedication and exceptional work in preserving the memory of those who served and sacrificed. A special thank you to Nor Smitobol for his invaluable expertise and support in helping bring this project to life.

This distinguished recognition is awarded annually to a Post Quartermaster who exceeded the standards in all phases of their duties — including the timely and accurate completion of all financial reports, audits, and submissions.
