A special Memorial Day gift today for all veterans from Robbie and their beautiful family. In addition, Tracy Carothers and Anthony helped with installing new flags and spring weeding! Westport has a long and proud history of service to our nation since the founding of our country!

The Joseph J. Clinton Veterans of Foreign of Wars (VFW) Post 399 Westport is honored and extends our deepest appreciation to the Westport Young Women’s League (WYWL) for awarding this generous Super Grant of $20,000 to VFW Post 399! Throughout the past 100 years, VFW Post 399 has been the heart and soul of the veteran community and a Westport institution.

Please be assured that the Super Grant will make a huge difference in helping with much needed roof repairs and allowing us to continue in our support for both veterans and community. We look forward in partnering with the WYWL to help the community and provide affordable meal programs. In behalf of all our members, we are extremely grateful for being awarded this prestigious Super Grant and commend the WYWL for everything they accomplish for the community!
