VFW Post 399 will participate in the Town of Westport Veterans Day ceremony at 11am on November 11th at the Town Hall to honor all those who have served in the United States military.  The program will include Posting the Colors by VFW Post 399, remarks by First Selectman Jen Tooker, Veterans Day Address by Staples High School Senior, placing of a memorial wreath, and Ceremonial Guard Westport Police Department.  After the ceremony the VFW will host a Veterans Day luncheon at the VFW to honor our veterans for their service, sacrifice and commitment.  We thank every veteran for your service!

VFW Post 399 is now accepting new toy donations through December 14th!  Toys for Tots is a program run by the United States Marine Corps Reserve which distributes toys to children whose parents cannot afford to buy them gifts for Christmas.  Founded in 1947, the Marine Toys for Tots Foundation is a 501(c)(3) not-for-profit public charity.
