At our 29th straight monthly blood drive, VFW Post 399 had over 60 blood donors on Wednesday, November 16th. A decline in blood donations may soon make it tough to keep blood products stocked on hospital shelves. One pint of blood can save up to three lives. The Westport VFW / American Legion Eight Ball Tournament will be held on Sunday, November 27th at 1pm. A $10.00 sign up fee is required. Money prizes for 1st, 2nd and 3rd place! For planning, a beautiful trophy will be awarded during our 1st Annual Pool Tournament on December 18th! A special thanks to Ray Gutman for his determination, planning and hard work in making this tournament a success!
