Veterans of Foreign Wars (VFW) Post 399 Quartermaster, Phil Delgado, had the opportunity to speak on Tuesday, June 4th at the Westport Rotary Club at Greens Farms Church. The event was an inspiring occasion for community members to learn more about the VFW and American Legion’s mission and ongoing efforts.
