A special thank you to the Westport Young Woman’s League for sponsoring the Wednesday, April 21, 2021 Red Cross blood drive held at VFW Post 399. We were very pleased with the drive success, and the willingness of the donors to share this life saving gift. The efforts of the Westport Young Woman’s League have always been greatly appreciated and their support of the community blood program will go a long way toward replenishing blood supplies and ultimately saving lives. You may be interested to know that 39 donors registered, 4 donors were deferred and 35 units were collected.
Again, we thank everyone for their contribution and ongoing support of this important community program!
